Mafadi service so poor u cannot be rated

Guys if i could give u a 0.0 star i promise i would. An apartment of 1 bedroom pays levies of R1025 where as an apartment of 2 to 3 bedroom pays levies of R750, how is that possible. you fail to locate levie payments then charge extra on letter of demand this has been going on for months now, i have raised this query with u multiple times but still no solution. i refuse to pay the extra demand charges for a bunch of *********** people, what is the use of having a Ref number if u cannot locate payment, this is clearly a way to ***** money from people
