Mafadi refuse to pay back my Deposit.

Mafadi refuse to pay back my deposit. I ued to stay at Central Park, I served a month notice and the reason was clear. inspection was done no damages were found, they told me I will get my deposit back in March. I've been liaising with Dineo the whole of April and every week when I request for a feedback I'm being told that he didn't get a time to go to the office. Last week I phoned the office they giving me excuses on why they wont refund me.Ive asked them to send me a signed lease that stipulated all that they are telling me now. It's not there. They are very rude and careless.

Portfolio Manager are you referring to Lilian? Her service is pathetic and she's very rude I spoke to her before I lodged complaint on this forum.

When I moved in there was a special of 50 percent discount on first month rent however deposit I had to pay in full. Now it is an excuse why i cannot get my refund.. (this is something that is not even in the contract)
2. I moved out before my lease could end due to financial issues however a full month notice was served, Dineo was advised of the situation and he promised that my deposit will be refunded. Inspection was done and cleared by him. Zero damages.
The contract signed stated.. Termination of the contract:I must serve a full month notice and that was done. I followed up with Dineo every week and he kept on saying the refund will be done soon he will check with the office he never had time to go to Maboneng. Weekly excuse and empty promises. It's now 3months 8

I have asked Lilian to share a copy of the contract that stipulated all her excuses and it must have been signed by me. She failed because she knows that all those excuses are not in the contract.
