I am an owner, that is paying back my arrears, I stay in Benoni, I had an agreement in form of an AOD with the previous Managing agent, that I kept to until this Property Service took over the management of our complex. I have never in my life seen such a disaster in the making of a managing company like this one, they don't answer calls or even answer there emails, yet every month they threaten and load there costs and fees onto your statements, and then expect you to pay for it.
