Mafadi Property Poor Service

I am a resident at Palm Spring Complex, which is managed by Mafadi. The service delivery is poor, they are overcharging us for electricity and water; the place is filthy with little to no maintenance done on the property. the white flats are now brown. We have been without water for a week now, and it is alleged that Mafadi owes COJ a lot of money; hence, we are without water. The staff at Mafadi offices is no professional at all. THEY REMOVE DOORS FOR TERNANTS WHO HAVE PAID RENT when they are the ones who do not allocate payments properly. THEY SWITCH OFF ELECTRICITY FOR TERNANTS AND KEEP THEIR BELONGINGS FOR RENT AND CHARGE THEM FOR STORAGE.
