Mafadi Property Management: Slothful service

You simply cant get anything out of Mafadi. I waited two months for a pin to pay my account. Now selling the property, all we wanted was a clearance amount for estate levies. Weeks have gone by, follow up after follow up and no joy. Then I got hold of Tracey Lombaard who made promises not fulfilled. We have paid up to end of July 2024 and all we want is a clearance certificate which we cannot get out of them. SLOTH of the first degree. I am advising our body corporate to give them the boot.
