Mafadi property management rotten service

I have never ever in my life seen this amount of rudeness, unprofessionalism from any company like Mafadi. I have been a tenant since 2016 and never have i been a nuisance but to my surprise the caretaker is never available when needed, the security guards are rude, the sewage is forever smelling and running infront of the house.

The real issue started when i wanted to move out, no one responded to my mail to put in notice irrespective of 100 phone calls i did to the office. Only two weeks before i move out i get a knock on my door someone is asking if “im moving out”. Come the day of moving out i had to beg and beg the caretaker (Lawrence) to come and do inspection, when i call him he hangs up my call. Two weeks after moving out still my deposit is not paid back and then i had to deal with a piece of work by the name of Clinton Cannel, he never responds to email, he never calls back if he says he will. I moved in to a dirty apartment and i slowly cleaned it but now im liable to pay for repainting. Now i see why people never take care of apartments cos irregardless you do the people like mafadi comes and rip you off n claim to charge you for maintanance. Yet when you call and ask for maintanance they ignore you.

I swear even if im stranded of accommodation i will never ever rent from that company ever.
