Mafadi Property Management please assist!

I am one of the first tenants to occupy your Palm Springs Complex (Unit 58 block 5) in Cosmo City. I had a problem whereby the sliding door came out and I was told that it would be attended to. Three weeks later, the sliding door fell down when my nephew tried closing it and now management does not want to come and fix it. I'm being told that it was my fault even though I had reported this for the longest time. I'm being exposed to the cold, the rain damages my couches everytime it falls and now I don't know what to do because it has been two months since I have been having this problem.
