Mafadi property Management Durban Wavecrest

Rented a flat at Wavecrest in February 2018 and we did all the registration through the administrations office at Wavecrest premises.

End of May 2019 we communicated with the supervisor that we would like to move to another flat that costs less because we were paying too much on the flat that we were in due to increase in rates.

The supervisor agreed to this request and we moved. At the end of July we received a statement with the rent for the previous flat which was high. I called the lady responsible for accounts and she told me that she was not aware of our move and that I need to come to her offices. Due to our working hours we could not meet. And that when I signed the lease we weren't asked to go to Mafadi's offices.

The lady threatened to vacate us from the premises and that Wavecrest is her premises.

She sent text messages saying she'll kick us out...
