MAFADI PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DEPOSIT REFUND

Refund of deposit

I was staying in Nanedi Heights in Brakpan for 2 years in Unit 236, I handed my notice to vacate Mafadi 3rd of May 2021 and was advised will receive the refund of the deposit within 21 working days but till date ( 2 months now) i have not received the deposit. I have been following up on the refund with Mafadi Agents (Sipho) tried emails calls but numerous excuses. I have sent all the documents required for the refund. But up to now no payment has been made.

The month of June is about to end and still nothing from Mafadi

Can i please have this query resolved

No issue has been resolved

No one has contacted me from Mafadi

Since your reply is this how you attend your clients

Please sort this out Sipho Mthimkhulu has not contacted me, i have emails that i have been sending to him with no response and i even copied ***

Please sort my problem, i want my deposit back.

This matter has been escalated once again for a urgent solution. This will be resolved before COB today.
