MAFADI PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND THEIR METERREADING CO ARE REAPING US TENANTS

The Mafadi credit control as well as the company hired remotemetering to read our water meter are reaping us as tenants in the Shellhouse building in Johannesburg, We have complain about this yet they are unable to resolve the matter busy telling us stories yet the water reading are ridiculously high, I have been communicating with Nadia du Bruyn ********** and ********** an invoive for MAY is having readings from March as per her so called explaination. The water charges for billing period 2 Mar 2018 – 3 Apr 2018 has been split into 4 charges due to the Vat that increased from 14% to 15% • 2 x Hot water (2 Mar – 31 Mar billed on 14% and 1 Apr – 3 Apr billed on 15%) • 2 x Water ( 2 Mar – 31 Mar billed on 14% and 1 Apr – 3 Apr billed on 15%) • 1 x Hot and 1 x Cold water (billing period 2 Feb – 2 Mar billed on 14%) Hope this gives you clarity on the water charges on your account. This people are charging us backwards and forth May cannot have feb, March reading on it
