Mafadi Property Management – A Masterclass in Incompetence

If there were a rating lower than one star, Mafadi Property Management in Midrand would’ve earned it effortlessly.

Dealing with Guy Little, the so-called Snr portfolio manager who manages our complex in centurion, has been an experience in pure frustration. Despite providing clear emails and official Tshwane documentation, he seems incapable of understanding even the most basic instructions. When contacted telephonically, instead of resolving the issue, he decided to have a complete meltdown and hung up the call — a true display of professionalism, apparently.

To make matters worse, he refuses to escalate my query, and when I sent a formal complaint to be addressed by the Managing Director-Marcel Fourie, it was simply ignored. The silence speaks volumes about how Mafadi operates — no accountability, no urgency, and certainly no respect for clients.

In short, this company could use a crash course in communication, customer service, and basic manners. I strongly advise anyone considering Mafadi to look elsewhere if you value competence, courtesy, or even the smallest bit of professionalism.
