Mafadi Property Management

Mafadi is the worst managing agent when it comes to the management of Body Corporates.

They refused to accept a cancellation, although the agreement was no longer valid for years!

When they finally accepted the termination of their service after numerous e-mails, the BC owed them money for a so called "loan" that was never discussed, approved or even mentioned.

They refuse to disclose information that the BC has a right to know, which includes income that does not reflect on the balance sheet.

They are unprofessional and dishonest and should be reported.
