Mafadi property company is a nightmare

So I moved into Mafadi 6 years ago and throughout that whole period it has been nothing but a nightmare, one might wonder why would I even stay that long well that's cause I don't like moving around, firstly their agents are very rude, secondly your water bill will just keep going up with no actual explanation, the security system they provide is not good at all I lived in a flat called Bjala square it was an honest to go nightmare when Mafadi took over the management... The flat is currently close to empty cause tenants keep moving out, MY ADVICE IS DO NOT LET ANY PROPERTY UNDER MAFADI YOU WILL REGRET IT... And to be specific they have an agent by the name of siphokazi that lady is so rude you guys have no idea...DO NOT LET WITH MAFADI YOU WILL REGRET IT
