Mafadi properties in Johannesburg craftmentship

My experience was bad from day one I got my shop .they rush to ask for money but they deliver late and they will still talk **** . My shop was closed dur to late rent payment. Did it intentionally cuz no one wanted to answer me where the hell is my 525 refuse money going to . As my neighbor shop are owned by foreigners which some might not even have ******* papers are keeping quiet of their unnecessary deduction . We pay for the bloddy security which I never seen and the ****** refuse they never even provided a single refuse bag in my shop . The mafadi they very quick to act but they ignored me about the refuse Of 525 rand for the past six months and I'm not letting this . I'm going to fight for my money back and they going to pay me for the ****en day the closed my shop . The lady named Neo hasn't even answer my text cuz she the one sending people to close shops but they cant give me the answers I want with my 525 .
