Mafadi properties don't take their tenants seriously

What ever you dont rent from this property agency. Iv been staying opposite one of their buildings called Lions Gate for a year now and every time a tenant wants to drive out with their car they need to use the hooter and sometimes the security guard is nowhere to be found. Iv seen in multiple occasions where tenants have been late because of this. I mean why must there be only one remote for the gate, what happens when the security guard is gone to the toilet or sleeping in this old car that's been parking inside their yard for who knows when? Mafadi properties is honestly a joke and doesn't take their tenants and the people living around their buildings seriously? imagine the amount of noise that happens from yhe car hooter. Im writing this in the early hours of the morning woken up their gste issues.
