Mafadi - Palm Springs Unhappy Tenant

Mafadi Property Management they have lake of communication and I think that is the reason why people do rent or leave to other complex or properties which are not managed by them. I was given a fine of R500 penalty of noise. Firstly there is no date, signed paper by me confirming this or any warning. In my apartment I do not have any radio which can be a cause for this. I sent Mafadi Property Management a couple of emails requesting assistance and proper info that I can confirm or see and they just responded me very badly informing that if I do not pay my lease will terminate. And instead of addressing the penalty correctly they put it as a rental dispute yet I did pay my rent in full already. I am not a HAPPY tenant at Palm Springs Complex and I would like to get assistance as they treat tenants like we are useless yet we pay our bills. The matter is they need to assist this noise penalty accordingly.
