Mafadi offers horrible service,still holding on to my deposit?

I don't know what to do anymore I'm so frustrated I need my deposit back.I moved from one of this flats end of April and I was told I will get back my deposit after 14 days but now it's been a month and 14 days with no communication nothing,I tried calling in and sending emails but my mails are being ignored and phone calls cut off..the worst of them all is that I called today coz initially I was told to speak to a guy named Jacob so I called him ...he answered my call and put the phone down I could hear all their conversations in the background after 9 min I hung up so hurt that how can you be treated this bad for your own money that you entitled to.I was also told to speak to Matthew his manager but he also left me hanging to this date..Mafadi is a ****ty property management company..bad service they provide to people I wish no one can rent out from there but pity people need flats .I wish I had never stayed in any of their properties I'm so hurt,depressed and frustrated about the issue of my deposit. Anyone who has felt with them regarding this please help me on what I should do??
