Mafadi management and service delivery
I'am a tenant currently residing in Devonia Court in 86 BOUQUET STREET,.. We havent had the electricity since the whole of last up until now. Whenever we contact the management, they do not care not to mention the fact that they even promised us the generator to keep us going and when we start to make follow ups.. No one is responding back to us..
Bad service delivery! Bad management!!!!

I don't find your rant fair, i have been in constant communication via WhatsApp, phone calls and emails trying to find a resolve to this issue.
As explained, this is a Council issue that the Landlord is trying to have resolved, and at the same time also trying to arrange a genie at their own cost.

25 Aug 2023, 02:33I honestly don't understand what's unfair about my rating when I'm speaking the truth. None of the management cares about the tenants in Devonia. Some of us are working, have bew born babies and have kids which gies to school.. The question is how do we bath them? Cook for them and wash for them when we haven't had electricity for a week and a day now. Our food got rotten, we can't even cook because we don't have refrigerators to keep iur food fresh..
I honestly don't think you understand our frustrations.
With staying at Devonia court its always this random power cuts which we do not know of, meanwhile we pay our rentals on time.. But the service delivery? Its zero!
Now we have to spend unnecessary money to buy food everyday,....
We are honestly not happy.
I think it's about time for the management to come down here and we talk with them face to face not in writing!

This simply shows that ya'll need ro up your game. Because we can't be in different place and yet complain about service delivery....

You will see that i take time to reply and follow up with all my Tenants, unfortunately there are some disgruntled Tenants who accuse Mafadi of all sorts things but they themselves haven't adhered to the simplest rules. Regardlessthe Owner is handling the Devonia issue as has been communicated to you in email, SMS and Whatsapp.
