Mafadi is charging owners for electricity although there are Pre-paid electricity metres installed

I own a Unit in the Boksburg area in a complex called Huntingdon. It has been 4 months now that I have been asking for a Levies and Water and Refuse bill. Today Sisa sends the bill for 4 months. This complex has pre-paid metre's from STSS for electricity and yet on these invoices from Sisa I am being billed for electricity. I have called Mafadi 6 times today, with then being given the direct line for Sisa of ***, I have been on hold to speak to her now for 5 minutes 16 seconds. I called 10 mins ago she was still on a call. Via reception she is on a call.

I also called the Property Manager he said I must speak to Sisa. She does not read an email to understand and comprehend.

WE HAVE PREPAID ELECTRICITY METRES, OWNERS CANNOT BE CHARGED BY MAFADI FOR ELECTRICITY.

Please can I have a response and rectification of this matter
