Mafadi is a s** show

I wouldn't recommend this property company to anyone, 4 months into me living in one of their buildings my rent was upped without any explanation and when i tried to ask the agent who helped me he gave me the run around because giving people the run around is the company culture, I texted a lady named Dimakatso who has the meanest attitude ever and of course she decided to respond a day after. As mentioned 4 months into living in this place none of the broken things/Appliances have been fixed by the caretaker/freelancers they hire. I don't even want to mention how they almost kicked me out due to a misunderstanding between me and my agent about moving in mid month and having to pay rent again on the 1st of the following month, I verbally communicated that I will be making a late payment on the 25th as I get paid then and I stated to Dimakatso that according to the contract late payments have a penalty fee and I am willing to pay that fee she I quote said that's not allowed. Like I said I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
