Mafadi ia the worst (Dorcus Focos agent is then worst)

This property management group is the worst!!!!! Along with their agents. Guys beware and run from this group. Theres an agent named Dorcus Forgo she's the most incompetence female agent ever, quick to close a deal, ********* and dishonest,quick to cry foul but can't deliver whats requested. She's very messy. She speaks for management and the company, she's not accountable at all.

I payed for a unit and she swapped them to give us another instead of telling me its taken. We asked.it specifically because it has furniture. Next thing there's no unit with furniture and she telling us we wanted the unit she chose. Nonetheless we to stay provided we get furniture we gonna be moved to a room. The room ia dirty and things are broken and thia Dorcus is justifying occupying this nonsense. Emotional useless agent who cant tell between arguing and having a disagreement yet talking ans hashing things out. Im a ****en client but I'm treated like a friend or foe yet they have my money. Im disgusted and appaulled........
