Mafadi properties is very unprofessional especially a lady called Phumuzile who runs their credit control department she sends people to remove doors switch off lights and water if you have rental arrears even of not more than R2000.They can even block your sewer system so that your apartment gets messed up with sewer water anyone who wants to rent a place must avoid properties managed by Mafadi Properties these people don't respect property laws.
