Mafadi does not respond to complaint to maintain their property and increases rent without prior communication

Mafadi has gone ahead and increased my rent without a lease agreement or prior communication with me regarding an increase in the amount.

The Light that was fixed by myself by commissioning an electrician. This was reported in Dec 09 2019 and remained unfixed until the 19th May.

Over an above that, these complaints remain open: 1. BedRoom 2- window handle has come loose and needs to be repaired Remains unfixed 2. Garage door wont open or close, reported to Trymore on 08 Dec, security guard on duty has assessed this and give feedback. My vehicle is now parking outside, should my vehicle be ****** Mafadi will be held liable as this has been reported!!! This was fixed by Trymore and Stanley. Temporarily fixed, door is tedious and heavy to open 3. NEW- Main Bedroom ceiling is sagging- reported to Trymore the 04 May. He has taken photos of the damage. 4. NEW- kitchen sink is lifting again as previously reported. This is due to the initial instillation of the sink not being done correctly and water damage to the area 5. NEW- garage light does not go on instantly- it appears the starter is gone
