MAFADI DEPOSIT ****

<p>According to the Mafadi Website:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. If I have no repairs to make to the property the rental deposit must be paid back within 7 days.</p> <p>2. If I have some repairs, then you will have 14 days to repay the rental deposit.</p> <p>3. If the tenant refuses to have a joint inspection of the property, the landlord will have the right to pay the rental deposit back within 21 days after the expiration date of the Lease Agreement. </p> <p> </p> <p>Yet I am now told that my deposit will be sent IN 21 DAYS!!!! I DID NOT REFUSE TO DO A JOINT INSPECTION! This is very upsetting considering how I have always paid my rent way in advance.</p> <p> </p> <p>UNACCEPTABLE!</p>
