Mafadi at it again

We as the tenants of Franschoek complex in Ferndale Randburg have decided to use this platform to let people know exactly how the property management company Mafadi is treating us. There are many complaints but we will only mention a few. The maintenance to the units are not up to scratch, bad living conditions. The pool stays green 99%of the time. We get charged high amounts for water and we are not allowed to see the municipality bills. Thanks caretaker is a bully abusing peoples kids and getting involved in the tenants personal business. We have proof and Mafadi still defends him when they forgetting why he was removed from Windsor complex people wanted to **** him. Now his been making us miserable here with his lies. Tenants electricity gets disconnected by the caretaker if payment is not made by the 05-06-07 of the month Water has been adjusted twice in one year. Prepaid electricity system was changed without consulting the tenants that actually pay for it and we were told that it would be cheaper which is not. We paying R100 for +-46 units because Mafadi is apparently taking a profit from it. We have tried reaching out to Mafadi and we have received an abrupt and uninterested response from a lady named Nandi Ross that works there. People are scared to speak out due to harrassment from the caretaker and fear of victimization from Mafadi. We are trying to get the relevant assistance from other sources and hope we can get help with all these issues we are having. If anyone can assist us that would be appreciated.
