Mafadi agents make quick bucks with clients , I want my money back😡😡😡😡

The letting agents at Mafadi are ****mers, they don’t disclose fees properly to clients, I have jut been made to pay an admin fee for a place, yet I only went to go view the place and did not sign any application forms, in actual fact nothing was sent to me.

Just makes you think how many people end up paying these fees for just being vetted, their communication is limited, as if they want to catch you out.

I was threatened by one of their property managers when I asked for my holding deposit back, that if I keep pushing for my holding deposit, they will charge me the full deposit because they have done the work, I don’t think this is anyway to speak with clients I am sure they have done this many times before.

The application form was only sent to me after I asked for my money back, again it was just to show me the fine print, that was supposed to have been disclosed to me before i even made the payment. I was asked to pay R1250 and their application states that R1150 is none refundable.

I want my money back as none of this was explained to me before I paid the fee over, I still have the WhatsApp chat with the letting agent and her name is Mandisa They are the worst, I am disappointed and disgusted 🤮.
