Appealing service Bad service I am getting from them regarding the refund of deposit on a flat I vacated on the 27th of May. I have been going there for a whole month just to be told payment will be made on Tuesday, payment will be made on Thursday, the whole is even finished, then i went there on Wednesday i was told documents are wrong after being coming there for a whole this was said to me i provided other documents on Wednesday and they payment will be made on Thursday nothing happened ended up going there today and surprisingly i was always charged lod charges but i never paid rent late i had to once again fight for it i was made to pay a double deposit when i moved in which amounted to R5900 they Munising 600 for cleaning i am okay with that Now i was suppose to get R5300 i agreed and all of the sudden R1384,76 is deducted because of lod charges i don't know i was given a receipt of R3915, 24 payment And according to the statement they have and the statement i have it shows that i never paid rent late so the lod charges why are they appearing on my statement
