Lights Switched off

I currently reside at a mafadi owned property, we owe an amount of R1400.00 due to that they have switched our lights off since Tuesday, By law this is not allowed, i have been communicating with Nkululeko, saying i will pay the amount of this month we have had a small financial issue which everyone in this country goes through. He just pays a deaf eye to see my emails and concerns, is it by law that if you don't pay a small amount outstanding you get treated like an animal. Is it so hard for people to understand. Can the directors of mafadi not see the amount of bad reports on hello peter.
