Lights Out

We currently reside at Devonia Court, 86 Bouquet Street, Rosettenville and we've been without electricity for almost a month now

In 'light' and support of our neighbour's review on the situation and the pathetic response by Management, is rather appalling and disrespectful to timeously paying tenants

We run a business and my wife, online teaching, as she is currently on maternity leave. Our newborn is due in the upcoming week...

We've had to succumb to inhumane living conditions, not to mention losing out on revenue that sustains our home and the rental of this unit

The nerve of Management to project their incompetence whilst owing on their electricity bill is more than appalling and disrespectful

They seem to be arrogant to the fact of responding and communicating, rather than what has been done to resolve the matter

Prior to this, we've been faced with delays in maintenance, and their staff seem to pass the buck to the 'necessary' individuals we should be dealing with. Not to mention the disrespectful attitudes when dealing with us

To Management and whom it may concern:

Will yourll be refunding our deposits so we can seek alternative accommodation or will yourll be expecting rent as per the usual???

We've involved our attorneys in the matter and we're willing to escalate to the highest order

We've no reason to be understanding and professional...we are more than willing to meet yourll with the same disrespect in response to your ******** arrogance
