I am very dissatisfied with service .I have received a bill stating I am owing R10000.00.They have taken over the flats not even 6 months the service it is so horrible .Numbers not working no one bothers to respond to my email.But they are able to send email threatening me to pay the levies .

We are currently in the process of attending to several matters pertaining to the allocation of payments and we await outstanding information from the previous managing agent.

The turnaround time for new building take on queries in 6-8 weeks, however we are working on resolving the queries sooner.
