lease sign with out me knowing

I applyed for a property to rent for an ex friend of mine On my name as the outcome was said to me was declined.3 Months later i started to receive statements from Mafadi propery managedmat stating that i am in arears with payemnt due to the propery that am renting.I then phoned Mr Moses and Query about it the he replyed that its the premises that i am staying at i then replyed that i am not residing at this premises and never signed a lease agreament as it was told to me that my aplication was unsucsesfull.i then requested the least agreament and it was send to me by e mail.i imeadiatly after receiving the least agreamt phoned Mr Moses and advised him that the signature on the lease agreament is not mine.We had several conversations where i asked them to please sort it out and get the property off my name.Then i didnt hear from the for months so i thought they sorted it out only to find out after applying for a car finance that they blacklisted me.Its clear on the lease that its not my signature because i am CHJ Feast and the signature on the lease agreement is WG. i want to know how can i be blacklisted if i never sighned a leas agreament with them and how could the agent that let them signed the lease agreament not see that it wasnt me and let someone ealse sighn on behalfe of me
