Great at first glance, but once you get to know the building you realise there is much that needs serious attention for it to even qualify to compete with other properties practitioners.

The Building has secure and safe system in place, but one of the main reasons I left is because they have no security guard, only the building manager can be found on the premises. I did not feel safe even with the building manager present. Safety is assured by a qualified guard who has knowledge and precautions.

the elevators are the biggest reason the company is losing clients. There are floors where it does not open, forcing tenants to use stairs constantly.

among the mentioned above, the internet connection is also a hindrance as it is slow and impossible to use for work purposes.

i enjoyed my stay, and how attentive and helpful the new building manager was. I believe making changes to these things will make the building much better for potential customers.
