08 May 2023, 12:53 Security deposit overdue, poor, bad and careless service. After asking nicely for my deposit and calling Lucky Ndlovu (Property manager) multiple times as a point person to whom which I served my notice to and copying credit controller in time and submitting notice & banking details 27 February 2023 and moving out last day of March 2023. We are approaching mid May now with no response on mail now and same excuse that financial department is working on it.

I need a proof of payment immediately because all excuses have been heard and this is not the first time that I'd have to only communicate on this platform with Mafadi.
