Items missing in the possession of Mafadi and we told claiming is funny business.
I don't even know where to start, 😢. We were renting in Masingita Towers last year. We moved out from the property and as humans mistakes do happen, we forgot some of our items and lucky enough the prop manager called and advised that we forgot the items and advised that he will leave them at the restaurant and we will collect them from there.
We were home for a month, we come back go to the restaurant and the manager opens his store room only to find nothing that belonged to us! We call them and they advise no he decided to take the things to their offices and they give us a run around when we try to get their address for collection. Then finally I forced and they sent it to me, I drive all the way cause there are things that I want from the things I left there. I get there all the things I am looking forward to are missing, my red coat, zara jacket, Kay way jacket and the list goes on. They took all the winter items that were still new.
I write to Josh Green and he comes back with a response that it's not Mafadi's fault I forgot my things which is fair enough and why I am reporting it he feels it's funny business???
1. Why was the things not left in Masingita as advised? 2. Why is it such a hussle to get the address? 3. So he is telling me he promoted theft as I should just walk away and not say anything? 4. How do you say that to your clients that lost their sentimental value items?
The list goes on. We come to Mafadi trying to solve this internally but they treat is like this😫😫! Then I guess we need to go open a theft case from the police station as Mafadi clearly stated is has nothing to do with them.
I am so angry right now with Mafadi! First of all they had to come and do the inspection while we were in the building, we postponed our trip of driving home waiting for them until we decided we can't wait forever!

You vacated the apartment and left behind some clothes which implies that you didn't want them, there is no law that says we had to gather your clothes that you left behind and keep them for you, as far as everyone was concerned, they're technically ******* the second you left them behind.
My staff are so honest that they called you and they went out of their way to try keep the clothes for you intact, then you came to the office to collect them and only later decided to come up with false claims accusing my staff of theft, yet i see on your Hello Peter profile that you complain a lot about things after the fact.
Why would my staff have ****** anything when they could've simply taken them at the outgoing inspection, it makes no sense that they would try help you only to incriminate themselves later? Your claims of theft are untrue and with zero proof of your allegations other than a few SMS's and WhatsApp's, its simply your word against my staffs' word who proved that they went out of their way in good faith.
I wish you best of luck in your new premises and hope you don't find something new to complain about.
