Is Sipho Mthimkhulu still an employee at Mafadi? Has he resigned in the past months and we are not being told? Does he still regard himself as an employee if hes still here?????

This is the second month of me playing hide and seek with Sipho Mthimkhulu the property manager and Sibusiso the credit controller and I am sick of it!!!I really am, I need help from ANYONE else who’s willing to at this point. This is my last resort I have driven to their offices in Park town to resolve the case and no one to date has cared about attending to it , I need the correct statement to settle my rental amount. What hurts most about this situation is that when I escalated the matter to Sipho I thought he would take it seriously but I have called him DAY by day my latest communication with him was yesterday the 3rd of April 2023 and he always gives me the same excuse that he’s driving or Sibusiso is not around to fix my statement it’s frustrating. I went to the extent on finding out if hes still an employee at Mafadi because there is no way absolute no way that someone who’s supposedly a property manager behaves this way . I transferred from unit 416 to Unit 415 at Unity House Maboneng in February , the agent who was assisting me did her part and tge transfer was done however Sibusiso charged me Unit 416’s amount after i had moved and when i went to your offices physically I was promised by the two gentleman that this would be resolved immediately when i left the premises (This was in February) we not in April and my Unit which is R2100 is billed R5600 by these two, I have emailed and cced all three of them including Bridgette the agent although she no longer is at stake here but Sipho KEPT promosing since February that he is working on this . What really really upsets me is how I now have to guess and calculate my own rental statement cause Sipho & Sibusiso are unbothered and see this matter as a waste of their time, his response each tome I call is “why am I upset, I must stay calm hes busy working on it and the credit controller hasn’t been around” . Staying in this building has been extremely unpleasant, upon moving in Sipho was the VERY same person who did indicution and was the very same person whos made my life a living hell by just NOT sticking to his words and being extremely dishonest about matters . Id you know theres a huge mess up and you don’t forsee it being resolved in the next week why not state that ??? Why make me waste my time and petrol calling you every day since feb, driving to your offices, WhatsApping you if you really don’t have a solution?!!!! This is inhumane and extremely upsetting. The very same people who chase tenants out who don’t pay rent are the same people who avoid tenants who WANT to make payments and who keep chasing THEM to do their jobs right and to rectify issues on their end. Last month I thumb sucked my rent and payed an amount more than what the unit is worth, this month again after getting payed I contacted both of them they both ignore emails and sipho lives on the road hes always driving and nevwr ever gets back to me. I want to SETTLE the right amount, i am actually chasing two grown men to do their jobs???? I am actually not even going ahead and living freely as I should cause they don’t care about rental matters, I am going OUT of my way to pay an amount above what I should. This experience is utterly unacceptable, I loathe the day I signed the lease here and the false adverti*****t done by him when presenting this place to us the very same place he’s tarnishing!!! I write this with extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction. I wish I had thw owner of the building’s email address to share all these email threads and communication with him because right now I don’t even know what to do anymore.
