Inefficient and ureliable
Mafadi Property Management took over The Rand President Apartments from Prime Letting Services and man is it frustrating!! I've been requesting assistance with parking space and the gate remote for well over 2 weeks in preparation for my vehicle. I dealt with a Presh Naidoo who doesn't even bother responding to calls, emails and texts!! How on earth will I be at peace having to leave my vehicle out on the streets while I'm billed monthly for services??? To make matters worse, we were given letters with contact details that DO NOT EVEN WOR**** This is so unprofessional!
