Incorrect Rental Application Sorted

<p>It is good to see that there are people who are well trained and have their tenants interest at heart. With a full understanding that without these these they have no job.</p> <p>I am one of the tenants at Greenshank Avenue in Groblerpark. My rental has been wrongly allocated from the December 2016. The statement always showed that there is some outstanding payment on it. I spoke to Sthe Lamula at the credit department. He asked me to send all the proof of payments of which I did.</p> <p>To my surprise he never even bothered to return any of my calls or e-mails. It's other he is in the meeting, lunch, not yet in, coming late or absent.</p> <p>Today I was refered to Phillip Zulu and explained my query, he asked for all the proof of payments and I did send them. He took just a couple hours investigate and pick up the mistake. He immediately rectified someone's mistake and e-mailed me the correct statement.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
