Incorrect charges and refusal to pay interest on deposit

Worst service ever. ***********. Mafadi is not paying my deposit with interest as required by law and has charged at least R500 towards my deposit of charges that are not correct. They are charging me with cleaning and defamation when I made sure the apartment was left in a spotless condition and even went through an inspection with the building manager. I have called multiple times (Spending my money) trying to resolve this and have sent multiple emails trying to resolve this. I will be reporting Mafadi properties to the Housing tribunal because you've ignored my request for my deposit with interest, and are adamant about charging me for non-existanrt charges. You've sent me from pillar to post.

I've stayed at the apartment at Bruma Urban Village for 3 years without missing not even one payment, but they can't even have the decency not to come up with generic charges on my deposit and pay me my deposit in full. Shameful and *********.
