*********** staff and terrible service

<p>I've occupaid Belgrade court in Florida Johannesburg for 3 years and never have I received such bad service. Ever since the end of last year when Mafadi property management has taken over there has been nothing but endless problems.</p> <p>For the month of May I recieved an electricity bill for th amount of R1700 which is 4 times the amount i usually pay. The irony of it all is that I live alone and I hardly occupy my flat.</p> <p>I have sent numerous emails and also called questioning the bill to Shannon Davis, Sihle Dube and Moses but not one of them have rep****. I find this unproffessional and ***********.</p> <p>I have been patient with the Mafadi employees but they do not seem to have any consideration towards their tenants queries.</p> <p>I have also requested that they query with City Power which I dont think they have bothered to do but I am expected to pay an electrical bill which is obviosly incorrect.</p> <p>From</p> <p>Sharnaz @ Belgrade Court Florida</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
