I'm extremely frustrated as I type this. I don't understand why you guys cannot do your jobs properly, I don't understand why I have to chase after you for issues to be resolved. Ever since I've moved into MSL using you as my rental agency I've had to struggle. Nothing ever gets resolved in the time frames that you give.

I was overcharged, Angela explained the COJ increases yesterday but never got back to me with feedback(by COB today as she had promised) on what the other additional charges on my statement are for.

I want to pay my rent but I how am I supposed to do that when I'm being overcharged without an explanation? And if I don't pay the rent you guys will lock me out of my flat because you're bullies and you'll charge me apenalty. Mafadi is a trashy rental agency.
