*********** and unprofessional Mafadi Properties Management

I was a tenant at central Park in 2019 and l left February 2020. Since then l have been asking for my deposit back and l have been promised numerous times by many different people that thru will call me back. Eventually l decided to ignore and let it go. However, to my surprise yesterday l received a rental statement with a ref number reminding me to pay as my account is in arrears. I called Mafadi and l spoke to a guy by the name Themba. He promised to check and get back to me. I'm so disturbed by the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism of this organization lm afraid that they probably did not remove my profile from their database and whoever is occupying 207 central park and is occupying it under my name and this is dangerous for my Credit profile. I have written to hellopeter in 2020 from April to December to no avail. I'm so terribly disappointed. I need someone to call me and answer my questions.
