*********** and terrible service

This is the worse property management worse ever, they are really ***********, they cnt even bill correct monthly statement. Every month i have to query their bill, i dnt know if they are using robbot or its a human being. they always send crazy bill. I am only staying with my wife and my 5 years son, there is no other way that we can use more than R450 water bill without watering garden. In my passed two years staying at my complex, we have never used more than R140 water bill per month under the previous property management, now Mafadi is telling me that i am owing more than R1800 from March till July which is four months, if its a water bill was supposed to be less than R600 in that four months. Second, since they took over they have adding sewage on my previous statement, but now they say they billed more than R1300 sewage from march till july. So all in all faulty bill is more than R3200. I instruct this Mafadi company to rework my statement and send me new statement with the correct monthly bill, i give them 24 hours to fix this mess or i take more step against them. This company is *********** and i want the Body Cooperate to terminate their service.
