Incompetency of the 2 employees of Masana House.

Hi, Me and my partner we have a shop at Masana House but the lease is under my partner I'm not happy about the service we have been receiving from your Employees at the whole dilemma started when Masana House was being managed by another Company we received statement saying we were owing which was not true we had all the proof of payments and all up and down to the Offices that took over nothing happened sharp then we kept quite but still the money was having interests i paid an amount from my account Masana took their property back I paid an amount to our account for the Shop it a laundry my partner spoke to Xolane Hlophe who is the care taker now he promised to help my partner until today still that money is getting interest, he has ended up owing a R1900 as they say with the amount that they can't remove from his account but they have all the proof they need today I'm coming from work my partner has gone home since because we have death in the family so I'm the one who left to look after the business i went and tried to speak to Xolani Hlophe he was not at the building the security told me that his gone to their Offices sharp i bought air time and spoke to him he was very rude to me he even told me that he cannot speak to someone whos not in the lease i was very disappointed because he knows us i never knew that in order for the care taker to listen to me I was supposed to be in the lease after that he hang up the phone on my ear, i then decided to call the Mafadi Offices trying to find help because it didn't make since that they have pulled the plug out for electricity while we have clothes that needed to be washed since it a laundry i then spoke to Phumzile Khumalo she was busy talking to other employees at their Office not even listening to my plea saying that can they give us at list until the 20th that amount will be paid she told me she cannot help and I had to repeat every word i was saying to her because she was busy speaking to someone while on a call with me then come back to me and ask what was I saying I asked if I can speak to someone else then she said you cannot speak to anyone you need to pay that amount I'm like but what about our customers clothes there's even babies clothes and it cold they need them she told me to take all the laundry back to the customers meaning they will be no business since they have pulled the plug for electricity and wasn't refusing to pay the problem is that Xolani Hlophe and Phumzile Khumalo they really don't have respect or what so ever when it comes to the tenants I'm so hurt because we had this business like since 2020 my partner was retrenched due to Covid 19 that is the only thing he has now can any one help us please i have found this 2 employees very ***********'s and rude to me.
