Incompetence / Theft

I paid my rent on the 25 th like I always do . On the 12 when I come from work after a long day I found my door lock has been changed and when I tried to call the guy in charge , he never bothered to answer . I had to spend my money and book a hotel for that night . Next morning I went straight to their offices in Maboneng to try find out what's going on . They told me the guy named LESEGO is the one responsible for locking the doors without informing tenants and I asked to speak to him , he only reported back to me after 30 min and when he checked my proof of payment he only realized he made a mistake by locking my door , he came back and gave me a key without any apology none whatsoever , just a bad stinking attitude . When I arrived at my apartment my R5000 for stockbroker was ****** from my table . So I'm in a process of suing Mafadi for its incompetence and LESEGO including their maintainer guy Thabo for trespassing my apartment without informing me and *****ing my money .
