****** INCOMPETENCE AGENCY!!!

This excuse of an AGENCY deserves a negative star rating. They are EXTREMELY *********** , lazy , never available to answer their phone and extremely arrogant that they forget that it’s our money that pays their SALARY! The caretaker at REDWOOD-LAWRENCE is the most lazy and *********** guy ever , this guy HATES his job , before anything is fixed one has to literally BEG him to maintain the place. Then this SIMPIWE character in credit who constantly send “LETTER OF DEMAND” and switching off electricity without checking his books first that indeed payment was made. When you call ALL the time to address this he doesn’t answer his phone and they take their sweet time to switch on electricity where as it’s their INCOMPETENCE! They are never available on their LINES even there LANDLINE! DO not LET from this ******* of an AGENCY!
