I'm extremely disappointed with the condition of the apartment I'm moving into, and the lack of transparency from @SammyP . The apartment was presented as clean and ready for move-in, but when I arrived, I was shocked to find: Dirty floors and walls Stains on the walls and furniture Broken appliances and fixtures Trash and debris left behind Broken lights No stove Broken toilet seat As a tenant, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and maintenance. It's unacceptable to present an apartment in this condition and expect tenants to move in without issue. I hope Mafadi Property will take my feedback seriously and improve their standards for future tenants. As for me, I'm left to deal with the hassle and expense of cleaning up someone else's mess.
