Ill treaded since I have moved in in Mafadi

I am Lundi L Yelani a tenant in LLoft @ 66, CNR Pritchards & Small in Johannesburg. I have moved in the above mentioned flat in March. I spent about two weeks without electricity in my unit. I communicated with Mafadi Properties and no one was willing to take a responsibility. I even requested an apology and no one did that.

They came on Sunday the 08 of July to paint the floor in the presence of my furniture and when I got back at 20h00, I got a message that I must not get in as the floor is still wet. We then slept in the car with my family. I had to go to work without bathing or changing the clothing. I went to their offices where I spoke to the guy by the name Matthew who is a Director. He did not even apologies to me. He then arranged people to move my staff to another vacant flat in the building. I was moved to a very dirty unit that had no electricity. I had to throw away my food again as I did the first time I moved in. Still no one wants to take a responsibility. My wife pregnant had to take two months unpaid leave due to nonworking elevators as she was not able to use the steps and we were also afraid that she might loose the baby.

May you kindly suggest what steps can I take against this company.
