I need your logic to be explained to me (like I'm 4 years old) on why I have to go to the gate to collect my delivery. The security is so rude it's sickening, telling me that "no visitors allowed", like I'm going to be having tea with the takealot delivery guy or something. I need you guys to actually use your little brains when making such decisions and communicate this nonsense with us so that you can be called to order. This is a kind warning that heads will roll.
