If bad service had a face!

If I could rate 0 stars, that's exactly what I'd give Mafadi and the employees.

I have, on numerous occasions, dealt with a few people at mafadi and I've always been baffled by the nonchalance and ignorance of these people. Right now, I am dealing with Sipho and Matthew who have been HORRIBLE at assisting me with my broken window that got shattered by the hail storm last night. Zero professionalism, zero ****s given by these men that I literally slept with one eye open because my whole window is out. When I fell, I get "handled" and shouted at by these men for asking simple questions as to when the maintenance people will come to my aid. No TAT nothing. Initially it was, "they will come in the morning", now they're telling me it will be today with another storm brewing and them telling me they can't predict nor control the weather.

Anyone considering renting with Mafadi, honey, save yourself the headache, DON'T DO IT! These guys just don't care. Rotten attitudes and service
