IDENTIFICATION CARD KEPT FOR 2 DAYS BY THE SECURITY GAURD

I am a 3 months old tenant at one of the mafadi properties (sefton court), my wife visited me on Saturday around 14pm and as one of the house rules she had to bring her Identification with her of which of was aware of. The security guard by the name of Thami took her ID, then no signing of any document of some sort to acknowledge that he is in position of my wife's ID until my wife left on sunday around 17:45pm, this need to be addressed because when i ask him he said thats how things are done at mafadi property management and I can't teach him how to do his job he has been working at that building for 6 years nothing will happen to him even if i can lay a complaint, I then went talk to the caretaker, she then said that she was not around on Saturday when this happened. When the shift changed who was in charge of my wifes Identification card because didn't record anything down. WHEN SOMEONE VISIT YOU AT MAFADI PROPERTIES, DO YOU GUYS JUST TAKE THEIR IDENTIFICATION THEN GO IN AND TAKE IT WHEN YOU LEAVE? I am really not feeling well about my wife's identification having to be kept for two days at the gaurd room, no sleep over form that i was given to sign, nothing
